Step by step, machine by machine: Our cleanrooms for the world's largest and most efficient 200-millimeter SiC power fab in Kulim are being filled. An important milestone in our #KLM3 project! 🥳 More than 100 tools will be moved over the next month, averaging 3 tools per day! It is a very ambitious plan that the Kulim team is ready to embark on, and we are here for it! 🙌 The first 200-millimeter #SiC wafers will be ready to leave the new #frontend fab in the second half of this year.
